Client outcomes
Results that speak for themselves
Every engagement we take on has a measurable outcome. Here's what that looks like in practice.
From hours of waiting to 30-minute provisioning — at scale
The challenge
A client's IT team was spending hours provisioning each device. The queue was backed up, users were waiting days to get a working machine, and the root cause was a combination of incorrectly packaged applications and failing deployment scripts that nobody had been able to track down.
What we did
We audited the full Intune environment, identified every failed app package and broken script in the deployment pipeline, repackaged the offending applications correctly with proper detection rules and silent install configuration, and rebuilt the provisioning flow end to end.
The outcome
Device provisioning time dropped from several hours to under 30 minutes. The deployment pipeline went from unreliable to consistent — every device now provisions cleanly on first boot, with no IT desk involvement required.
More client outcomes
Cracked a 2-year packaging problem in days
A mortgage company had been trying to get a critical business application to deploy silently through Intune for two years. Their internal team couldn't find the right packaging approach — the app kept failing, requiring manual installs on every device.
2 years → days
to solve a silent deployment failure
Our team identified the root cause, determined the correct silent install switches and detection logic, and delivered a fully packaged, tested Win32 app ready for production deployment. What their staff couldn't solve in two years, we resolved in a matter of days.
Dynamic groups turned a manual headache into a self-managing org chart
A client's IT admins were manually adding and removing staff from dozens of security and software groups every time someone joined, moved teams, or left the company. The org chart was fragmented across Entra ID with no consistent structure, making onboarding and offboarding error-prone and time-consuming.
0 manual
group changes needed at onboarding or offboarding
We restructured their Entra ID and Intune environment around dynamic Microsoft 365 groups tied to department and role attributes. Software access groups were layered on top, so the right apps automatically reach the right people — and disappear when someone leaves. Onboarding and offboarding now happen without a single manual group change.
On-prem AD to Entra ID — migrated safely without third-party risk
The client was planning to use a third-party migration tool to move their on-premises Active Directory to Entra ID — an approach that carries real risk of breaking the environment and isn't aligned with Microsoft's recommended practices. We stepped in with a Microsoft-native migration path instead.
100% native
Microsoft-tool migration — no third-party risk
We converted on-prem AD accounts to Entra ID naming conventions, translated Group Policy Objects into Intune configuration profiles for all devices and user security groups, and moved app deployments from SCCM to Intune. We also trained the IT staff on Entra enrollment workflows and built reusable templates to reduce manual effort going forward — leaving the team confident and self-sufficient.
